You might ask, “Why a site for Fran?” Well the explanation is simple. For as long as we can remember (we being her sons) we have heard again and again the words from others, “I just wanted to tell you, your mother is a very special lady, it was a pleasure meeting her!” Now, we know this but we thought everyone else should too. So, we created this site to show Fran to the world because she is truly a special, genuine, funny and entertaining woman that instinctively brings joy to others.
